TERMS
● No furry/mecha/gore. Without exception. For more information about the work I do, visit the "Commissions" section
● In case of NSFW, I only do NSFW Soft. If you have doubts, you can consult.
● Mugi reserves the right to reject any proposal, without the obligation to justify said decision.
● The commission will be sent with a white or transparent background.
● The commission is for personal or non-profit use only. Its commercialization is prohibited.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
● The payment methods are MercadoPago for Argentina and PayPal for the rest of the world.
● To start with the order, 50% of the total value of the commission must be paid to start the work.
● The approximate delivery time is 10 days, from the confirmation of the initial 50% payment. (Coordinated with the client ♡)
WORKFLOW
The workflow consists of five stages:
● Concept: Mugi and the Client agree on the concept of the character to be made, this includes: pose, distinctive features, hair, clothing, accessories and paint colors overview of the illustration. This step is the base of all the work, so the client is requested to provide as many references as possible for a better understanding when making the commission. At this stage, the aspect ratio that the illustration will have must be agreed upon. It can be 1:1 or 4:5.● Sketch: Once the Concept has been agreed upon, Mugi will draw up a sketch and present it to Client for approval. Once the client gives the go-ahead to proceed with the work, everything that includes the "Concept" stage cannot be changed later.● Lineart: Once the Sketch is approved, Mugi will make the lineart and send it to the Client, in search of approval. Once the lineart is approved, corrections cannot be requested later.● Painting: Once the Lineart is approved, Mugi will begin the painting stage as agreed in the Concept stage. When finished, the work will be sent to Client, who will have to confirm if everything is correct or if a correction should be made to the painting. Once the painting is approved, no corrections can be made later.● Delivery: Once the Painting is approved, the remaining 50% payment must be made. When payment is confirmed, Mugi must be provided with an email to send the work without watermark and in high definition. The commission will be sent with the aspect ratio agreed upon at the Concept stage.
All images pending approval that will be sent to the Client will have a watermark. The Client will only receive his work without watermark at the "Delivery" stage, when he has demonstrated conformity with the work done and full payment has been made.
If the final result is missing something that the Client has not indicated in due time, no refunds will be made. Please make all your queries and request any necessary corrections at the appropriate stage of the workflow.
REFUNDS
● A refund can only be requested if the Client shows disagreement in the "Sketch" stage and decides to cancel the commission. If the Client approves this stage and the project continues, there will be no refunds.
ARTWORK RIGHTS
● The Client will not have commercial rights over the work done, that is, they will not be able to resell it in any way.
● The Client has the right to publish the work on social networks, as long as they give the corresponding credits. (Unless otherwise agreed between Mugi and the Client)
● Mugi retains the rights to each work, so she can publish it on her social networks, indicating that it was a commission for a client (Unless otherwise specified).
However, Mugi will not have the right to resell the work.
● All commissions will have Mugi's signature without exception.
● By requesting a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service.
